Responsiv is a digital transformation solutions company based in Bracknell, with key focus on enterprise integration and business process automation. They have more than 20 years of experience delivering consulting resources and solutions across a range of industries including public sector (central and local government, NHS, fire and rescue services), finance, retail, utilities, agriculture and industrial.
Once the project was underway, Responsiv experienced challenges with their firewall. The Redcentric team were able to provide specialist expertise to help with firewall configuration within virtual machines. Challenges were avoided by working with Redcentric to create a new environment from scratch on the Redcentric platform, tailored to their needs.
The challenge
As cloud hosted services continue to grow their presence in the market, Responsiv recognised the need to expand their product portfolio with cloud services that can provide greater flexibility to their customers. One of the fundamental challenges for Responsiv was figuring out whether the virtual infrastructure of a bespoke cloud could be trusted.
Responsiv were new to Hyper-V and wanted some reassurance and support with this new technology. Because of this, they needed an infrastructure partner that they could rely on to keep their IT online, secure, and up to date.
