CEO

Peter Brotherton

Peter was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 25 June 2019, after being Interim Chief Executive Officer since 22 November 2018. Prior to this, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 28 November 2016 until 21 November 2018. Peter is a senior and experienced Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years’ experience across a number of senior finance roles. Peter’s two previous roles were as Chief Financial Officer of Gametech and Chief Financial Officer at PKR Group.​

Prior to those two roles, from 2011 to 2014, Peter was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive of Meucci Solutions NV. Meucci Solutions was an international telecommunications and managed services business. During his time at Meucci Solutions, the business saw strong sales and EBITDA growth while also extensively reviewing its central financial control function.​

Paul Hone

With a career in data centre management covering 25 years, Paul has worked in centres covering specialist Telecoms, mixed colocation and enterprise for BlueSquare, WINplc, InTechnology and Redcentric.​

As an early entrant into the data centre world Paul has gained extensive knowledge in Data Centre design and operation and holds a MA in this discipline.​

Alex Smith

With 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Alex has developed expertise in contact centres, cloud services, data centres and managed IT solutions. A proven leader in sales and account management, Alex is skilled at driving business growth and supporting organisations in optimising technology investments to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.​

Alex Webb

Alex Webb has over 12 years of data centre experience, leading 4D data centres’ sales teams until its acquisition by Redcentric in 2022. ​

Alex secured key contracts in the automotive, cyber-security, and oil & gas sectors, and deployed the UK’s first immersion pod.​

Product Manager

Richard Morris​

Richard has over 40 years of data centre and infrastructure solution design, product management and portfolio leadership. He has led large solution architect and consulting teams, as well as product management teams while at Colt. More recently, while at Getronics, Richard led the Cloud Solution architecture team and was chief architect and technical design authority for its European wide platform refresh across 22 data centres.​

Finance Director

Lee Morley

Lee is an experienced finance professional with a broad range of commercial and technical skills. He has had senior finance roles in various companies and sectors, including, Univar Solutions – PE backed chemical distribution, and Liberty Global – telecoms. Most recently he was a Finance Director of the Plumb division at Wolseley, driving sales and commercial performance. ​

He is a Chartered Accountant, completing his training with PwC.​
